Terms of Service

InnateGlyph (the “Service”) is operated by InGemino LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, at 160 Alewife Brook Pkwy, STE 1163, Cambridge, MA 02138, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean InGemino LLC.

InnateGlyph presents Saju, a traditional East Asian symbolic framework, as a lens for self-reflection. Readings, chart comparisons, and Oracle chat responses describe leanings and tendencies for reflection: they are not facts, predictions, medical or mental-health advice, financial or legal advice, or professional guidance of any kind, and they are not a verdict on any person or relationship.

By using the Service, you agree these outputs are for entertainment and self-reflection only, and that you will not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice in any domain.

The Service shows readings computed for public figures from their publicly available birth dates. Those people are not affiliated with InnateGlyph and have not endorsed it or any reading of them. A reading of a public figure is a symbolic interpretation, like any other reading here, and not a statement of fact about that person.

A person shown in the Service, or someone acting for them, can ask us to correct or remove their entry at customer.service@innateglyph.com. Privacy has the details.

You must be at least 16 years old to use InnateGlyph. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Onboarding asks you to confirm this before your first reading.

The signed-in app requires an account. You sign in with Google or Apple before entering the app, and your chart, chat history, and preferences are saved to that account so they are there on your next visit. You’re responsible for keeping your account access secure.

Public pages on the website (the brand landing, Find your glyph, and Explore the network) can be opened before you sign in. They are not a guest tier of the app. Using Find your glyph sends the birth date you enter (and your browser timezone) to our servers for that one computation; the Privacy Policy describes what leaves the device.

You may only add a real person as a friend with that person’s knowledge and consent: the invite (QR code / link) and accept flow exists specifically so the other person agrees before any comparison happens. “Added by you” friends (a birth date entered without that person joining) are for your own private reflection, stay on your device only, and should not be used to make claims about someone who hasn’t consented to being profiled.

Adding is no longer the only way somebody appears in front of you. Once you and another person have accepted each other, either of you can open the other’s network on the Network screen and see the people they are mutually friends with: the nickname your friend gave them, a compatibility score against you, and where they rank in your friend’s network. Those people agreed to your friend, not to you. You are never shown their birth date, birth time, birthplace or chart pillars. Read what you see there the way you read everything else here (energy leanings for your own reflection) and not as something to tell a stranger about themselves. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is and is not disclosed, in both directions.

• Don’t use the Service to harass, stalk, or make decisions about someone without their knowledge.
• Don’t send or write anything offensive, hateful, sexual, or threatening, including in the name you give yourself or a friend. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
• Don’t attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Don’t use the Oracle chat or readings as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health professional advice.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service’s content or outputs.

Reporting. You can report an Oracle answer, a friend request, a friend’s name, or a name on a friend’s network from inside the app, or write to customer.service@innateglyph.com. The person you report is not told. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible. You can also block a person from the same menu: it removes the connection on both sides and stops their requests, and they are not told.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → “Delete account.” This action cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what deletion removes and the two things it does not reach. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

InnateGlyph Plus is an optional monthly subscription. It adds asking the Oracle anything, within a monthly question allowance, saved conversations, and opening a friend’s network. Everything that is free stays free.

Where you buy it, and who sells it. You can buy Plus in the iOS app through the App Store, in the Android app through Google Play, or on innateglyph.com. Purchases in the apps are sold by Apple or Google. Purchases on the website are sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the seller of record for us; your card statement will read LINK.COM* INGEMINO LLC.

Price. On the website Plus costs $4.99 USD a month, plus any tax that applies where you live, which is shown at checkout before you pay. In the apps, the store shows its own price in your currency.

Automatic renewal. Plus renews automatically each month, and you are charged at the start of each month, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Plus stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Where you cancel depends on where you bought it:

• App Store: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• Google Play: Play Store › your profile › Payments and subscriptions.
• Website: link.com, signing in with the email you paid with, then Recurring; it is listed as InGemino.

Deleting your InnateGlyph account cancels a subscription bought on the website straight away. It does not cancel one bought in the App Store or Google Play, because only the store can; cancel it there first.

Refunds. Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Refunds for website purchases are handled through Link, which applies any cancellation or refund rights your country’s law gives you. Questions: support@ingeminollc.com.

Where the website sells. We sell Plus on the website only in some countries. If you buy on the website from a country where we do not, the payment is refunded in full and the subscription is cancelled.

Your question allowance. The monthly question allowance resets on the same day each month as the day you subscribed.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that readings are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InGemino LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Service’s readings, comparisons, or Oracle responses. The Service is for reflection and entertainment. Please use your own judgment for anything that matters.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note it in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
