Terms of Service

InnateGlyph (the “Service”) is operated by InGemino LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, at 160 Alewife Brook Pkwy, STE 1163, Cambridge, MA 02138, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean InGemino LLC.

InnateGlyph presents Saju, a traditional East Asian symbolic framework, as a lens for self-reflection. Readings, chart comparisons, and Oracle chat responses describe leanings and tendencies for reflection — they are not facts, predictions, medical or mental-health advice, financial or legal advice, or professional guidance of any kind, and they are not a verdict on any person or relationship.

By using the Service, you agree these outputs are for entertainment and self-reflection only, and that you will not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice in any domain.

You must be at least 16 years old to use InnateGlyph. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement — onboarding asks you to confirm this before your first reading.

The signed-in app requires an account. You sign in with Google or Apple before entering the app, and your chart, chat history, and preferences are saved to that account so they are there on your next visit. You’re responsible for keeping your account access secure.

Public pages on the website — the brand landing, Find your glyph, and Explore the network — can be opened before you sign in. They are not a guest tier of the app. Using Find your glyph sends the birth date you enter (and your browser timezone) to our servers for that one computation; the Privacy Policy describes what leaves the device.

You may only add a real person as a friend with that person’s knowledge and consent — the invite (QR code / link) and accept flow exists specifically so the other person agrees before any comparison happens. “Added by you” friends (a birth date entered without that person joining) are for your own private reflection, stay on your device only, and should not be used to make claims about someone who hasn’t consented to being profiled.

Adding is no longer the only way somebody appears in front of you. Once you and another person have accepted each other, either of you can open the other’s network on the Network screen and see the people theyare mutually friends with: the nickname your friend gave them, a compatibility score against you, and where they rank in your friend’s network. Those people agreed to your friend, not to you. You are never shown their birth date, birth time, birthplace or chart pillars. Read what you see there the way you read everything else here — energy leanings for your own reflection — and not as something to tell a stranger about themselves. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is and is not disclosed, in both directions.

• Don’t use the Service to harass, stalk, or make decisions about someone without their knowledge.
• Don’t attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Don’t use the Oracle chat or readings as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health professional advice.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service’s content or outputs.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → “Delete account.” This action cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what deletion removes and the two things it does not reach. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that readings are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InGemino LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Service’s readings, comparisons, or Oracle responses. The Service is for reflection and entertainment — please use your own judgment for anything that matters.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note it in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
