Deleting your account
Last updated: October 17, 2026.
Delete your account
InnateGlyph is operated by InGemino LLC. You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app or from innateglyph.com, in three steps:
- Open the menu, then tap your account at the foot of it and choose Profile.
- Near the bottom of Profile, open Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
The deletion happens at that moment. There is no waiting period, no queue, and nothing to confirm by email.
If you can no longer sign in, email customer.service@innateglyph.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted, and when
Everything stored under your account on our servers is removed immediately and permanently. We keep no copy and there is no additional retention period:
- your profile, and the birth details you entered;
- your chart and every reading generated from it;
- friend connections you made, and the ones you accepted;
- your Oracle chats and the Oracle’s personal memory of you;
- the feedback votes you left on readings;
- the subscription record we hold for your account;
- your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be signed in to.
This cannot be undone. Signing in again afterwards creates a new, empty account.
What is kept
Four things are outside that deletion, and each for a reason worth stating plainly.
- Problem and crash reports. If the app crashed, or you used Report a problem, that report stays, but the link to your account is removed at the moment you delete it, so what remains is the build, the kind of screen it happened on, the error, and anything you typed, with nothing naming you. We keep these to fix the faults they describe. The same goes for a report you made about an Oracle answer or a name, and for a report someone made about a name you wrote: each stays, with the link to your account removed, because acting on it should not depend on who is still here.
- Copies on your own device. Deleting the account does not reach the browser or app storage on the device in front of you. Clear the site’s data, or uninstall the app, to remove those.
- Birth details you shared with a friend. If someone accepted a friend connection from you, their copy is stored under their account and stays until they remove you or delete their own account, or until you block them, which removes it.
- Billing records, and a store subscription. Google Play, Apple and Link keep their own record of what you paid, and we cannot delete those. A Plus subscription bought on our website is cancelled when you delete your account. One bought in the App Store or Google Play is not, because only the store can cancel it; cancel it there first.
Deleting data without deleting your account
You do not have to give up the account to remove what is in it. Open the menu, tap your account at the foot of it, and the settings sheet has:
- Delete all Oracle chats: removes every conversation, kept or not.
- Clear Oracle memory: removes what the Oracle has remembered about you, leaving the chats.
A single friend connection is withdrawn from the Match screen, which also removes the birth details you shared with that person.
