Life timeline

The timeline on My Chart shows past calendar years with saju theme labels — so you can compare reads against what you remember. It is a validation and reflection tool on your fixed chart, not a forecast feed.

How it differs from Universe yearly luck

My Chart timeline focuses on recent past years for memory check-ins and optional feedback. Universe yearly luck (Saewun)covers each calendar year's pillar meeting your chart: near focus, upcoming three-year cycle caution years, decade context, other folk labels, and expanded scoring. Same engine family, different product job.

What each year row shows

Theme category

Plain-language life area the year emphasized — identity, money, pressure, rest, and others.

Life areas

Under the headline, a row for each life area: a mark for the area, a mark for how that year leaned there, and a bar for how strongly. A row with a bar and no sentence is not missing anything — it means the engine found nothing notable in that area that year, and a line written to fill the space would be invented rather than reported.

Resonance feedback

A heart or a broken heart on each life-area row — whether that read matches your memory. Helps Oracle learn your framing, not new facts. There is no separate answer for the year as a whole: a row answer plus a year answer is an overlap where the two can disagree with no rule for which wins.

Valence chip

Supportive, steady, demanding, or push and pull — how easy the year pillar felt against your helpful and caution element lists, separate from which life theme led. Push and pull is the year whose stem and branch disagreed; roughly one year in five reads that way. On My Chart it is drawn as a mark rather than the word; the wording is what a screen reader hears.

How we calculate

  1. Compute each calendar year's pillar (stem + branch) against your day element.
  2. Collect theme signals from the year stem, year branch, touches on your helpful and caution lists, and branch interactions with your chart.
  3. Name the leading theme and headline summary for that year.
  4. Score pillar ease for the valence chip (supportive / steady / demanding / push and pull).

Past years are for reflection — we phrase them as prompts, not claims about exact events.
